For the Invisa-Grip treatment, Texas No Slip guarantees that your floors will remain safe for a minimum of 2 years but typically your floors will remain safe around 5 to 10 years depending on the environment.  GraniTite is a "lifetime" coating.  With normal maintenance it will remain safe for its lifespan.  We also offer maintenance plans to keep your floors consistently safe.
